Maria has practiced as a General Practitioner in rural and regional Australia for the last 22 years and has a vast experience in Family General Practice.

Maria has a special interest in Mental health and Skin cancer medicine with Skin Cancer Certificates in Primary and Advanced skin cancer medicine ,surgery, dermoscopy and histopathology.

Maria completed her MBBS and Diploma in Psychiatry in Goa, India and then went on to complete her Fellowship in General Practice (FRACGP) followed by her Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice (FARGP) in Australia.
