The doctors at Capestone Village Family Practice offer mixed billing. Fees reflect the duration and complexity of your consultation.
Unfortunately, the Government's contribution to medical care with your General Practitioner has not matched the rising costs of delivering these services. To help meet the increasing costs of high-quality care, you may be required to contribute towards the cost of your medical care.
It is common practice for your treating doctor to bulk bill consultations for children aged under 16 and DVA. Pension and concession card holders are offered a reduced rate for standard consultations Monday through Friday, excluding early and Saturday consultations.

There are no concession rates or bulk billing for early morning and Saturday appointments.

Special consultations and other fees
Certain consultations are not eligible for Medicare rebates and will be charged privately, including commercial driver's licences, pre-employment medicals and insurance paperwork. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Upfront payment is required for the first Worker's Compensation visit prior to claim acceptance. Dr Kyle Kowalewski consultation fees and procedural fees are determined when booking or during consultation. Certain procedures, lesion excisions, biopsies, IUD insertion and wound dressings may attract a fee.
If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment or give less than 1 hour notice to cancel, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
